Questions

Questions, answered.

The short version of how SnapAct works for buyers, merchants and riders. Full detail lives in our policies and support pages.

What is SnapAct?

SnapAct is a Nigerian commerce platform where buyers shop from verified merchants and orders are delivered by SnapAct’s own verified rider fleet. Product discovery, checkout, invoicing and delivery tracking live in one app.

How do payments work?

Checkout is processed by a CBN-licensed payment provider. Each payment is split by the provider directly into the relevant merchant, rider and SnapAct service-fee sub-accounts at checkout — SnapAct does not custody any portion of buyer payments.

How are merchants verified?

Every merchant completes business and identity verification before their storefront is approved, and listings are reviewed against our marketplace standards. Verified merchants carry a verification badge in the app.

Who handles delivery?

SnapAct’s own verified rider fleet, end to end — no third-party logistics. Every order keeps a delivery trail from merchant pickup to buyer handoff, with delivery proof recorded.

When do merchants get paid?

At checkout. The payment provider settles your share of each order directly to your sub-account when the buyer pays — no waiting on SnapAct to pay out, because the money never passes through SnapAct.

What if something goes wrong with my order?

Support can act on the order’s full trail — invoice, handoff and delivery-proof records. See our Refund Policy for eligibility and timelines, or reach the team via the Support page.

Build on SnapAct's commerce layer.

Merchants can onboard, developers can integrate, and partners can work with a platform designed for product discovery, checkout, invoicing, logistics, marketing and analytics.
